Meetings
At the start of the year, I did not know how to try and get into contact with my counselor or advisor other than maybe by sending an email. This can be a real issue since if they are taking College and Career Success they need to set up meetings with an advisor. Along with also having to set up a meeting with a counselor to be able to register for classes in the next semester.
MavConnect
It turns out the UNO has a very simple way to get into contact with its academic advisors and counselors. If you type MavConnect into a search bar and then click the first option you will be taken to the page above this text. You can then log in with your student account which will take you to the page on the right. After you just have to click on the schedule appointment button and it will show you the counselors. Then you just have to choose a counselor and tell it why you are meeting with them and it will show you all of the times and dates that they are open for a meeting.
