Some classes will at times request for you to have "scholarly" articles for an assignment. I was confused at first on how to find them since it didn't have EBSCO or Gale that I previously used. I eventually found out that if you go to any classes course page in Canvas there is a Library Resources button on it. This button gives takes you to the library resources which includes a list of databases full of scholarly sources that you can use for free for assignments like those. The best one in my opinion is Academic Search Complete since it gives great broad coverage over all topics so you can always find something on whatever your topic is on that database.
